• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.

• Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

• Late check-out may result in an additional night being charged.

• Exceptions are only valid with written confirmation from DOOR9.

Our hotel is completely non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.

• Smoking in rooms or public areas is strictly prohibited.

• Violations will result in a flat €200 damage fee.

Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Parties, loud gatherings, or playing music at high volume are not allowed.

• Visitors are welcome in the lobby or bar, but not in rooms without prior permission.

• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

• Rooms may only be used by the number of guests listed in the reservation. Exceeding this will incur a fee of twice the room rate per extra person, per night.

• Any damage to rooms, furniture, or facilities must be reported via email at info@door9hasselt.com and by phone at 011 37 80 82.

• Damage caused by guests will be charged.

• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.

• Valuables can be stored in the in-room safe (if available).

• DOOR9 is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

• Hallways are under video surveillance for your safety.

Common areas are accessible to hotel guests only.

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Please notify us in advance of any dietary needs.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
